Requirement:
To create self-paced interactive and engaging online courses to upskill prospective lab technicians.

Solution:
- Our courses helped the participants understand the most difficult concepts in a simple way by breaking down the concepts into small chunks and explaining them in detail using 3D animations, relevant graphics and voice over.

- Majority of the participants were not proficient in English. To make the courses easy to comprehend for all participants, Hinglish was adopted for the voice over.

- To encourage adoption of the courses among participants, classroom discussion and quiz was organised.
