Ashish Mehta
Principal Learning Design

Ashish is a social entrepreneur with over 10 years experience in the education, technology and talent development space, who is passionate about conceptualising and executing innovative projects through strategic partnerships to maximise the impact. Over the past 5 years, he has developed e-learning and blended learning solutions for several projects initiated by government, not-for-profit and for-profit corporations globally. Prior to TrainingFirst, he founded Tagore Foundation, an education not-for-profit, that has worked with several civil society and international organisations, including United Nations. He has also served as the marketing head for Tolmol.com, India's first comparison shopping portal and subsidiary of Avake Technology, USA. He completed PGCSM from IIM Indore and holds a MPA degree from Columbia University in New York City.

Madhavan (Maddy)
Business Head

Maddy is a technocrat with over 18 years experience in solutions consulting, revenue optimisation, implementation & training of enterprise applications. Maddy specialises in business development with a keen eye for identifying strategic opportunities, nurturing partnerships and enhancing overall value. He graduated from Hotel Management School (IHM) and holds a Masters Certificate in Revenue Management & Finance from Cornell University.

Maddy is an active sportsperson. In his free time he likes coaching children in football & basketball.

Chander Mohan Singh
Technical Architect

Chander is an accomplished full stack Developer and Cloud Architect with 18 years of experience working with NetApp, Cadence Design Systems, Datametica India , CampusEAI and Incedo Inc. He has extensive experience in Development, Devops, IAAS, PAAS, xPaaS, Cloud technologies, Continuous Integration, Build and Release, SCM and Deployment Automation

Susanta Das
Creative Head

Susanta has 15 years of working experience across learning technologies, gamification, mobile applications, user-experience design and design thinking. He has worked in various capacities with companies such as Genpact, Magic software, ITPreneurs, G-cube etc.
